I was expecting more. the restaurant experience was subpar. i ordered the sunday beef and it was tough. I could barely eat it. the sides were not good either. Roast potatoes were soggy and vegetables were hard. it just was not what i was hoping for, especially given the high expectations.

the check-in process included complimentary bubbles, a nice touch. my room had relaxing natural shades and a comfy large bed. i found voya products in the bathroom including a shower cap and toothbrush kit. snacks and water were complimentary and the fluffy towels were excellent!

the lighting at the mirrors made putting on makeup a little difficult. i hope they address this minor inconvenience soon.

The staff was attentive to my early check-in request, a great start to my visit. i found the room decorations quite stylish. A calming and pleasing visual experience. a welcome glass of prosecco added a luxurious touch after my travels..

I had to walk through the hotel reception and out onto a path to reach the spa. This was a little uncomfortable in a robe on a cold evening.

the free parking was convenient and check-in was very quick. i was happy to find robes, slippers, and a mini colgate toothpaste in the room (so thoughtful!). connecting my phone to the tv was another great perk.

the walk to the spa requires going outside, a bit cold.

the room was spacious and very clean. i enjoyed the ample parking onsite. check-in was quick and i received complimentary snacks in my room. the bed was large and comfortable.

the lighting at the mirrors was not adequate for makeup application. my room was close to the reception area and bar area. i did find it hard to get the attention of waiting staff sometimes.
