I appreciated the free spacious parking offered. the hotel's proximity to emerald park was convenient. It was only a short drive. the price was reasonable for the level of service and amenities provided (i found it a good value).
the dinner option was limited to a carvery, which did not fully meet my preferences (i would have preferred a broader selection).

the room was clean, i guess.
The bathroom had a strange, strong smell throughout my stay. I reported it, but nothing happened. the telephone in the room didn't work either. Nobody seemed to care about that either. the room seemed old. It could certainly use some updates.
