The hotel offered great parking. The room was very large, well appointed, and clean. I found a variety of breakfast choices including cereals and fruits. I had many options for a cooked breakfast which I enjoyed.

the breakfast offered a generous selection of well-cooked items. the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the free car parking available to guests at the back of the hotel.

inexperienced receptionist bleach smells
The receptionist seemed new and inexperienced. i asked for decaf tea, and she said it was unavailable. Then, it was readily available at dinner and breakfast. bleach smells during our main course were nauseating. they cleaned the dining area while we were trying to eat, which wasn't very appetizing.

secure hotel maintained gardens excellent service quality food
the hotel featured a beautiful courtyard and well maintained gardens... it felt really secure! the walk to the restaurant and bar through the gardens was so nice. the service was excellent and the food was quality.
my room faced the front, and noise from outside was noticeable because the building is older. however, it didn't impact my overall happiness with my stay.

the double room included a very comfortable bed, and everything was nicely decorated. the shower was excellent, and toiletries with nice towels were also provided.

nice furnishings comfortable bed quiet space
the room was furnished so very nicely. i found the bed to be comfortable. there were voya products provided in the bathroom as an added bonus. i appreciated the reading room, a quiet space to have a drink and read the papers.

Breakfast was very good. the room was a lovely room. It was nicely decorated, and it had a comfortable bed.
The hotel has no lift. Therefore, there are no rooms on the ground floor in the main hotel.
