My room included a large bathroom. I appreciated the rainfall shower head. It was AMAZING!!! The staff was very courteous. The bar food was great. I loved the caesar salad.
The room in the courtyard lacked some atmosphere.

a nice experience
room upgrade spacious room beautiful gardens
i was pleased with the room upgrade i received. the room was spacious and very clean. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-stocked bathroom. the hotel gardens are beautiful and well-kept.
I noticed a rentokil bait box in the corner of the bedroom. This was not very appealing

the reception staff offered a very warm welcome and check-in was efficient. the bartender was attentive and remembered drink preferences. staff promptly addressed questions and requests, they ensured a smooth stay.

acceptable stay with some issues
smelly room faulty lamp
the staff was helpful with my queries.
The room smelled strongly of smoke. the hotel claimed it was full, so i had to keep the windows open despite the cold. a bedside lamp was also not working. Rooms should be checked more thoroughly.

smoke smell non-working lamp
The room reeked of smoke, a real bummer. the staff said they were full so i had to leave the windows open. one of the bedside lamps also did not work. It seems they do not check before giving rooms to guests.

some issues affected my stay
smoke smell broken lamp
the gardens looked lovely. it had a quiet feel.
i did not liked my room. it smelled like smoke, it was quite bad. the hotel said it was full so i had to leave the windows open to get some air, but it was cold outside. also, one of the lamps didn't work right.
