the location is very central near a luas stop. the staff was kind and helpful with directions. the rooms offer tea and coffee facilities, a very useful addition. i found an iron and ironing board for my clothes.

i noticed the corridor's temperature was a bit too high.

i loved the super friendly staff! the lady at check-in was an absolute star, so cute. my room was very spacious, i didn't expect that! the shower was efficient, and the toiletries were very nice too.

the music from the bar below was a bit loud. i did read that in reviews, so i was expecting it, but it did shake the walls a bit.

The staff let me store my luggage before check-in. They completed all paperwork beforehand, so check-in was smooth. The staff helped me arrange transport to the airport. The location was great and central.

The room was far too hot. I found no way to turn the radiator down. There was deafening noise from a pub downstairs. This noise lasted until nearly 3 AM, so I did not sleep well.

the reception staff was very nice. they were very polite and supportive. the location was central

we were staying only one night. apparently that was the reason why we got only two tiny towels. the door was loose in the door frame you could almost see through the space between the door and the frame
