The bed featured a good quality mattress. Breakfast offered delicious, top quality food!!! Staff remembered names from previous visits. This was a lovely touch. Our room, Lady Jane, was fine.

lovely room attentive staff
My room was a smaller double room. It felt quite lovely. the bathroom had great aesthetics, and the shower was amazing! the bar was nice after dinner. Overall staff were very attentive and friendly.
The tram stop nearby seemed to have some sketchy people at night. I would still return, though

The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. They was to provide really good service. check-in was easy, and the team greeted me with a lovely note and delicious pastries upon arrival. It was warm and inviting.

The hotel is in a quiet area with good amenities close to restaurants and pubs. The location is superb, very central. i found a quiet dining area on the main floor and easy access to nearby attractions.

fantastic stay

friendly staff convenient location
The staff was friendly and helpful. I really felt looked after. the hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. the included breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of options available.
The room i stayed in was smaller than anticipated for the price, a bit disappointing. it felt a bit cramped. More space would have been welcome.
