Fantastic Amenities and Service

comfortable pillows food selection private balcony

The pillows were very comfortable. I usually get neck pain in hotels. The breakfast was probably one of the best I have ever had. The quality and selection of food was fabulous. The rooms were spacious. Ours had a private balcony facing the Kilmainham Gaol.

The bistro experience had some issues. We had to ask our waiter several times for missing items, and we still did not get them. The color from the cushions transferred to my jeans, which ruined them. I did not expect this poor quality at a Hilton hotel.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Shortcomings

The room was quite clean. I must give them that.

The gym was a bit of a joke. It felt cramped and open to non-guests, meaning it was often overcrowded when I wanted to use it. I guess the hotel thought, 'Why bother making it convenient for paying guests?
