the location was amazingly close to aviva and the free car parking made my stay enjoyable.
the receptionist couldn't fix the blind he said i could change rooms. the bathroom in the new bedroom was tiny i had to make do.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. egon was particularly helpful, as were the waitresses. the breakfasts were delicious. The accommodation, service, and location were all first class. i will return.
The room lacked proper air conditioning, and street noise was audible. Workers outside were talking loudly early each morning. it disrupted my rest.

charming georgian experience

the staff were really good and friendly. they were always helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. every staff member offered a smile and greeting, a welcome touch these days. breakfast staff ensured we had plenty of hot beverages and toast alongside the plentiful and delicious breakfast menu.
the room lacked in-room coffee or tea facilities. i had to go downstairs for that, unexpected for the price. also, i could see some missed spots in the shower that needed cleaning.

the double room was like a serene cocoon, a step back in time! the room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. we appreciated the generous complimentary water, tea, croissants, and coffee available in the reception area.
