The rooms were fabulous. The staff were all super friendly. The pools are great and the jacuzzis are a really relaxing option after a long hike. My room had a door that opened up to a river. I had some great sleep there. It was so peaceful. Breakfast was fab. Hot food you can order and loads of other items you can get yourself like granola, fruit, yogurt, fresh bread, cheese, croissants, and loads of juices too.

Not enough plugs worked in the room. I couldn't charge my phone upstairs beside the bed. There was no coffee machine. I would have liked to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I was charged more for B&B than when I first searched and booked

i got a room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. the food at la taverna was delicious. the pool area and gardens are relaxing.

the bathrobe provided didn't really fit.

thermal pool italian restaurant attentive staff beautiful grounds

our family enjoyed two adjacent rooms near the thermal pool. the facilities included a great italian restaurant where we dined. the staff was attentive. we especially appreciated the beautiful grounds and the quiet location.

the shower controls lacked visible markings for hot or cold water. this detail impacted the overall experience slightly, but was eventually manageable.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the Double or Twin Roomwith large water bottles. I found the tea and coffee station very convenient. The minibar prices were reasonable (always a plus!).
