broken fixtures loud ventilation

the location was perfect for seeing the main attractions. it was close to the castle and the town centre. i found that acceptable.

our room was not very good. the bathroom was dated and some of the fixtures were broken. also, the ventilation outside the window was loud so i couldn't open it.

friendly staff nespresso machine off-site parking broken elevator

the staff were friendly and accommodated my needs. the room was super clean and it included a nespresso coffee machine i found this a lovely bonus.

the hotel parking was off-site and required payment i found that inconvenient. the elevator was not working my room was four flights up that was tiring.

poor lighting blocked shower drain

The location was acceptable right in the city center I guess I did not expect less.

I found my 'Beautiful Room' felt more like a standard offering the lighting was poor at night the bathroom lacked any surface to place toiletries I had to balance my stuff on the tiny sink I did report a blocked shower drain but nothing happened

friendly staff tasty breakfast inadequate sockets unreliable internet

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the reception was also helpful.. ordering our taxi for us the next morning. breakfast was tasty with a generous choice of items. i also found my room clean, warm, and quiet.

there were not enough sockets available to access. the small table was too far away to work on our laptops effectively. we experienced issues with the internet proxy and could not get a reliable signal .

easy access relaxing atmosphere small towel few channel

The location were convenient. It has easy access to sites and shops. The rooms was clean and nicely furnished. The atmosphere are quiet and relaxing. This made it easy to unwind after a busy day.

The towels are small. It was not soft and fluffy. The tv has a few channels. There are no netflix, despite the button on the remote.

I appreciated the open fireplaces located in the bar and lobby. The staff provided friendly service. A staff member named Mario helped us with bags when the lift was unavailable. Breakfast was good with service provided at our table.

Some electrical outlets in the room were not functioning.
