friendly staff super clean room comfortable beds
i noticed the staff were friendly and professional. The customer experience from entering the hotel was spot on in all areas. The rooms were a nice size and super clean. beds were comfortable, and leisure facilities were above average.

caring staff clean room fresh breakfast outdated equipment missing pieces disrupted sleep
The staff showed such care and warmth. It was like visiting family. i enjoyed how clean my room was upon arrival. breakfast tasted very fresh each morning and it fueled me for the day's journey..
My room lacked temperature control and i found this rather inconvenient. the gym equipment seems a bit outdated. Some pieces are missing. there was noise at night from nearby pubs. This disrupted my sleep a little.

underwhelming stay due to noise and spa conditions
tired amenities cold water
the leisure center disappointed me because the amenities were worn and tired. the water was cold and there were no long chairs available. the changing room was dirty and lacked lockers so i had to carry my belongings around.

I found a friendly atmosphere during my recent visit. the staff were helpful . i had a wide variety of choices for breakfast. It was really great.
I noticed some areas needed minor repairs. For example, the lift interior showed some damage.

non-functional tap suite upgrade
The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices.
The hot tap in the bathroom was not working, and I found this really annoying. I did report this to the reception, but they only took a note of it. I think they need to improve the speed with which they attend to complaints. The suites definitely need upgrading as my experience was not good.

superb hotel experience
friendly staff great food super clean room
the hotel had everything i needed from friendly staff to great food. i enjoyed the leisure facilities with a spa. the room was super clean with all necessary amenities. every staff member performed excellently from receptionists to managers and the friendly bar staff.
the music from a wedding band was loud until 3 am. it was very hard to sleep because of the noise. it was like i was at the wedding even on the 4th floor.

i found the breakfast to be perfect with great variety on offer. the beef was cooked perfectly and it was very nice to eat. my partner had turkey and ham and loved it.

speedy service amazing food friendly staff noise disturbance water damage bedside locker
breakfast service to the room was speedy the food tasted amazing. staff at the reception were genuinely friendly and provided quick service. i also found the gym well equipped with a good range of machines
the lack of air conditioning in the room was uncomfortable. i also noticed some water damage on the bedside lockers
