i found the location convenient. ample onsite parking existed behind the building, accessible by driving past the right side of the building. the breakfast included a plentiful buffet and cooked breakfast items. the staff was very professional.

my room was quite basic with limited facilities. the reception called to confirm my check-in time, then provided incorrect information about the room for one person. the kettle had rust inside.

nice size breakfast option on-site parking low pressure wifi issue no elevator

my room was a double room extra bed and it had a nice size. breakfast had lots of options, a plus for me. parking was available on site and it's a new building i liked.

the shower dont have a lot of water pressure, a bummer. the wifi dont worked in the room, i wish it did. there is a lot of steps and no elevator, so keep that in mind.

The staff held my luggage before check-in and carried it to my room later. parking was included and located conveniently behind the hotel! the location was fantastic. Kilkenny castle and the main streets were a very short walk away. i felt very at home, and i'd definitely stay again.

I noticed a small amount of dust under the bed. It was easily overlooked, though.

the twin room included two comfortable twin beds with fresh linens. a small desk was also present, providing ample space for working or writing. the room had blackout curtains, very useful for ensuring a good night's sleep!!!

the twin room I stayed in was located in the newer section of the building. the room included a great shower and a lovely bathroom. breakfast in the morning was enjoyable too.

the beds felt a little soft for my preference.

the staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel's location was excellent for exploring the city with easy access to the main street and key attractions parking was easy to access and provided convenience i found the bar to have reasonable prices and a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel lacks a lift. Carrying luggage up the stairs was not ideal.
