flawless barcelona stay!

premium room excellent soundproofing safe location

I checked in early and got an upgrade to a premium room. the room was spacious. i found the soundproofing excellent. I did not hear any neighbors. this hotel is in a safe residential area, and i felt very secure even late at night.

a minor inconvenience was the tvwith only a couple of english channels.

the location is AMAZING!!! the sagrada familia is just a short walk. i found many restaurants and shops in close proximity. the hotel provided easy access to several metro lines and bus stops.

faulty tv lack of compensation

the location was very central. there were many places to eat nearby. sagrada familia was a short walk.

the tv did not work in the first room and then i moved. the air con did not work in the next room. i spoke to staff about the issues i had, but no effort was made to offer something complimentary as an apology.
