the location was acceptable. it was close to shops.

the staff seemed indifferent. i had to go downstairs to get clean towels because there was no room service without an extra charge. also, the furniture was pretty old.

My room was spacious. It had a comfortable bed that gave me restful nights. The bathroom included nice toiletries I found very useful. I used the kitchenette. The rooftop terrace has views of the city skyline. I found it very relaxing.

I noticed the floor in my room was not cleaned thoroughly. the room and towels were not cleaned by staff. I noticed there was no lock on the toilet door.

The reception staff provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing. They also gave recommendations for restaurants. I also appreciated the security measures in place. The secure entrance was reassuring.

The location proved central for sightseeing. A short walk takes you to the airport bus. I also appreciated its proximity to various attractions. It helped me to get around quickly.

the location was fantastic. the rooftop terrace was a highlight (i really enjoyed the views). the rooms were spacious. the bed was super comfy and i slept really well.

i didn't get daily housekeeping. i think this should be included. the staff at reception were less than friendly (a little disappointing). one person was condescending when i mentioned an issue with a hairdryer that was missing a section.
