i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff including the cleaners. the room was clean and the bathroom was a good size. storage in the room was great it.

the pool and pool area felt too small considering the number of guests staying at the hotel. i struggled to find a seat around the pool because there were too many guests and not enough seating available. this impacted my ability to fully relax.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The staff provided excellent service. Simo helped me with metro routes and taxis. The rooftop bar and pool area were fantastic (I spent a lot of time up there!). I really liked the Roman ruins built into the hotel. Very cool.

I was charmed by the hotel's location. It was very close to many dining places. It was also close to activities. We scheduled a few city tours, and meeting points were within a few minutes.

The pool area felt small because of the amount of guests there. There wasn't enough room near the pool for people to sit. The spa, I thought, was also very small. The water should be 31 degrees, but felt cooler.
