the staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them i found this excellent. i enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service. the spacious and comfortable room added to the overall positive experience.

i noticed the absence of a complimentary water bottle in the room, which seemed a little insufficient given the price of my stay.

the staff proved accommodating when i arrived late. a very comfortable bed awaited me in the room. the bathroom facilities were excellent , too.

the leisure centre changing rooms required MUCH more attention to cleanliness , especially regarding hair and stagnant water.

The food service was excellent! The breakfast had plenty of options. I appreciated the service and setting for afternoon tea. Savouries and scones were delicious.

The room had a strong smell of fresh paint, though it was clean. I also noticed the leisure center jacuzzi was not working.
