lovely and clean STAY
friendly staff great salad charming gardens excellent location
the staff was great and very friendly, they went out of their way. i enjoyed the chicken caesar salad from the room service, it was very good. the gardens are charming, a fairy garden exists for kids. the location is excellent, a quick drive off the motorway.
my room was very hot even with the windows open. i had a bad night sleep. also, the internet was awful.

crisp linen stylish vibe christmas lights
i just recall our room, it was the double room. crisp bed linen was there, a lovely touch. the bar area. christmas lights sparkled, such beauty i saw from my window, a memory that stays.

amazing family stay!
spacious family room perfect bed entertained soft play
I stayed for a few nights, and i loved the spacious family room. it had perfect beds and bedding, i slept so well! the kids really enjoyed the soft play area. It was five euro per child and kept them entertained for hours (there was no time limit!).
the only very slight issue was that i could not find any gluten-free cereal at breakfast.

the hotel has a strategic position near major road axes, i think it's convenient for exploring the surroundings (such as nearby towns or attractions) without spending too much time driving. this makes day trips so accessible.

I loved the roast dinners with nice gravy. There were also plenty of vegetables, which i appreciated a lot. the desserts were bought in, but delicious, so it still was a wonderful meal (especially the pavlova!).

the pool area was very clean and modern, i was happy to see that. the dressing rooms are clean and i liked the availability of floats for everyone, very thoughtful for families with young children.

ample parking great size
I found plenty of parking on arrival. the facilities was spacious and well-kept. our room was a great size. It easily accommodated all our luggage. the room also felt very comfortable and airy.
the bathroom looked dated, with some fixtures showing wear. i thought a refurbishment might enhance the overall experience.

the family room included perfect beds and bedding for a relaxing sleep. it had all mod cons. i appreciated the spotlessly clean environment. very little sound transferred from other family rooms.

breakfast offered many options and the location felt quiet and peaceful. i appreciated poached eggs that were made on request. a fancy pancake maker was available that the children loved and used. nice gravy complemented the roast dinners.

good quality food friendly staff cute service
I found everything lovely. the family room suited our needs perfectly. the food was really good quality (especially the vegetables!), and the service was amazing. all the staff were friendly. I felt very welcome.
i noticed some noise transfer between rooms.

The staff at check-in were attentive. staff in the bar were excellent, with great cocktails (i recommend them!). poached eggs were available on request at breakfast. Staff were very accommodating.

The hotel staff was very polite. Customer service was briliant. The hotel facilities was really good. The place is lovely for family's. The rooms are big, so they comfortably fitted 4 people.
Our family room was above the gym, so there was very noisy banging from gym weights. The doors and lift are noisy. It was imposible to sleep. The shower head was dripping.
