“The city center location is a definite plus, putting you within easy reach of Thomond Park and King John's Castle; inside, the commitment to sourcing local ingredients is a nice touch for the dining experience. However, it seems that the hotel maintenance isn't consistent, I think attention to detail could elevate the experience. It has potential, but needs some improvements.”
