my husband and i enjoyed a weekend at this hotel. we received a personalised cute message on the tv. joyce and the team provided excellent service at check-in. the fabulous room was spacious.

the bathroom door did not offer enough privacy.

lovely staff needed amenities tasty breakfast dry mac bland wrap missing mozzarella

staff members was lovely and cute. my room was great with all needed amenities. breakfast was so tasty. i will return again sometime.

the lunch menu let me down. mac and cheese had no sauce. wrap was very bland with no sauce, it had no mozzarella too.

the front desk staff handled all my requests efficiently. i got directions around town and help with a plug adapter. the bathtub was great after a long day.

parking was a bit challenging with narrow spaces, common in ireland though.

I appreciated the superb breakfast. It was freshly cooked. The bedrooms were spacious and included air control (handy for adjusting the temperature).

I found one minor issue. The fire alarms activated during the night, disrupting sleep (it was a false alarm, though).
