our superior double or twin room had a wonderful harbour view. the staff provided great advice for local excursions. live music in the bar was a real treat after dinner.

our room needed a deep clean as some limescale buildup affected the shower head pressure.

the hotel is large, so it lacks a cohesive appearance upon arrival. i noticed rooms seemed dated. a spider resided in the corner of our ceiling during the entire visit.

i loved the breakfast buffet, it was just amazing! the food was delicious and theres so many options. our superior double or twin room was very lovely, clean, and the perfect size for a short stay. especially at the front desk, are so friendly and helpful, they really goes above and beyond to.

the noise from the hallway was pretty bad, i could hear everyone walking and talking. our room had a broken lamp, its quite annoying. the spa was fully booked so i could not use it, even i tried book in advance. it is a real shame.
