harbor viewattentive staff
the room was excellent it had a harbor view the food was also excellent i particularly enjoyed dinner in the restaurant the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the location is superb i easily walked to the sea front from the hotel it made exploring the area very convenient
the hotel did not have a lift carrying luggage to the upper floors was a bit inconvenient

I enjoyed friendly service . Staff ensured I had gluten-free options at the restaurant! Bríd at reception was great. She helped us feel welcome and gave us plenty of local information.
The mattress was quite squeaky. The sheets felt a bit worn. I think new ones are due because they had those little fabric balls on them.

I appreciated the hotel's location, right by the ferry.. The room was spacious. I also liked dinner and breakfast. The hot breakfast was made to order, and the buffet selection included several choices.
The bathroom was a bit small.

the room was clean upon arrival.
The lack of hot water one morning was a real issue. i also found that the dinner menu advertised seafood dishes that were not available. Only cod was offered. staff seemed uninterested in properly serving wine. The bottle was dropped on the table already opened.

the staff showed great kindness and responsiveness to my needs. they even carried my bags to my room. the lovely room featured necessary toiletries. the location allows easy access to local attractions. the bar offered live music that created a good atmosphere.
The room walls provided little sound insulation. I could clearly hear the man snoring in the adjacent room.
