adequate stay with some issues
bad draftstained towels
The room felt quite cold due to a bad draft coming from the old windows, i even noticed some paper towel wedged in the frame, probably to try and block it. bath towels were also stained. the hotel wasn't staffed 24 hours. An alarm went off repeatedly during the night. the after-hours assistance number didn't work, frustrating.

smooth check-inlovely staffexcellent foodsecurity alarm
check-in and check-out were smooth. the staff were lovely. breakfast was great. hickie's lounge attached was wonderful and served excellent food. the view and sound of the sea from the room provided relaxation.
the security alarm in the hallway went off several times during the night. the hotel isn't staffed 24 hours. the after-hours assistance phone number wasn't working for me. the alarm beeped endlessly until i could resolve it.

Check-in was smooth. The staff seemed nice. Breakfast included many options. The sea view from my room was wonderful.
The bathroom did not have shelves for toiletries.
