the hotel's location was convenient. it allowed easy access to local shops. the gym had various modern equipment. breakfast provided an excellent food choice. the staff serving tea and coffee were friendly. i found ample parking space too.
i noticed the hotel's decor needed updating. the bedroom door used an old key with a large wooden key ring.

The breakfast was delicious! i really appreciate that the food was well-cooked. the location was perfect too. It was right in the middle of town, easy to walk to everything. it was such a convenient spot.
i was a bit disappointed that i had to pay in full upfront upon arrival. i normally expect to be asked about payment preferences. also, i noticed lipstick on the floor in our room which wasn't ideal.

the location was good, a detail i actually appreciated.
the room was not great. there was no shower mat, so the floor was slippery and dangerous. i thought that was a simple thing they missed, but it affected the whole experience of using the bathroom.

The room needed a complete upgrade as it is old fashioned.

the location is perfect for exploring. the leisure club was definitely a highlight for me, i loved the gym with its awesome equipment (seriously excellent!). the staff were very friendly and helpful, this added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay.
i had a little trouble getting a drink at the bar late at night, as it was closed earlier than expected. reception kindly offered a drink to take to my room, it would have been great to enjoy it in the lobby.

the double room included a comfortable bed and a clean, well-kept bathroom. the room had sufficient space for luggage and moving around easily and its functional design was excellent. fresh towels were provided daily and the room was cleaned very well.
