i found staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast also impressed me, because it had great value for money. i liked the hot food and pastries available. beds were comfy and i even got a large room. the bathroom had a walk in shower.
during my stay, i noticed poor parking access. i also couldn't find available towels in the leisure centre. i think the space could use a general lick of paint.

the staff at the reception were very cute. i found the room large with nice decorations, it also featured a great bathtub. the breakfast was also worth the money, and i thought everything tasted delicious and the service was excellent.

I found parking behind the building very convenient. I enjoyed the on-site bar . The outdoor seating area was a nice feature. The hotel's proximity to local attractions proved beneficial for quick trips around town.
I noticed some dated aspects in certain areas. This detracted slightly from the overall impression.

The TV service was great in the room (I could watch my favorite shows!). A fan was also available, I used it. The bathroom was quite nice. I was kinda surprised.
The hot breakfast offered limited choices. I would have liked some tomatoes and hash browns, for instance. I also noticed that brown soda bread was missing from the pantry for residents.

the tv remote wasn't working, and despite mentioning it, it wasn't fixed . also, there was only one blanket provided for two beds, made for a cold night.

The staff provided breakfast bags as I had an early departure. The sauna was a welcome amenity. I found the elevator useful for accessing different floors.
The phone in my room was not working. I also noticed the shower tended to flood because it was blocked. A towel rail detached from the wall when I placed towels on it.
