the hotel is close to the city center with food and drink options easily found nearby on the street. i found the staff to be professional and very helpful. the location worked very well for me as i love being so close to everything.
The bar hours were not as advertised. It closed earlier than expected.

there are many places with excellent breakfast on the same street providing plenty of choices. the hotel's bar offers a selection of drinks at good prices, which enhances the convenience. a romantic dinner nearby would be perfect.

the room was clean with big windows, offering a sweet view. there were many small but very necessary details in the room making my stay comfortable. i was so content with the room.

The location allowed easy access to attractions. Public transport was very close, a detail I noted. The room had good natural light. A spacious bathroom complemented it. The staff was helpful and friendly, which I always appreciate.
There were no easily accessible plugs by the beds.

the location was GREAT. It was in the city center and I really appreciated secure parking at night. the staff were friendly and helpful. the traditional decor provided a unique charm.
the noise from the water pump, activated with each use, was slightly distracting.

The location was very central. It allowed easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. The reception staff were available all day and night. I appreciated this security.
Parking was costly. This happened even with the discount. It really added to the overall cost. The water pump was noisy. I could hear it every time someone used water.

the staff was amazing, always ready to assist. i needed to extend my stay because my son felt unwell, and they accommodated us without hesitation! i appreciated their kind effort to.
I found the floors very uneven. A lot of updating is needed. the slanted floors made it tricky to move around with luggage.
