poor breakfast no cleaning
the breakfast was a disaster it was the same everyday and not great there were no vegetables like tomatoes cucumbers or peppers they even wanted to charge me 5 euros for an egg also there was no cleaning during my 5 night stay no one changed towels or took out the trash cleaning staff were non existent it reminded me of a mistake to buy breakfast there

great resort experience
beautiful view easy parking great value
i found the location offered a beautiful view and parking was easy i appreciated how close everything was even if breakfast required a short drive i also really liked the soft towels and comfortable bed for cooking i suggest bringing your own pots and pans. the wifi worked fine. i thought it was a great value

the apartment was well-laid out and provided easy access to the swimming pool the kitchen included a cooker oven microwave and washing machine the apartment could comfortably house six people with a double sofa bed available too.

multiple pools are available on site along with restaurants i noted a free resort train providing convenient transport around the expansive grounds the grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained i enjoyed the variety of amenities on offer.

the resort is a little outside of the city providing a calm atmosphere i noticed a bus stop right outside the resort offering easy access to explore the area a 15-minute walk led to the first bars and a 35-minute walk to the centre.

Wonderful Family Getaway
free room upgrade beautiful grounds full kitchen
The staff allowed early check-in (check-in was scheduled at 16:00) and offered a free room upgrade, it was much appreciated. The hotel grounds are beautiful with well-kept gardens. Our two-story apartment had two bedrooms and a garden patio (a lovely space) with sun loungers facing the pool. The kitchen contained all necessary facilities including a cooker, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
The location is somewhat remote, situated on a hill that can be challenging if you have accessibility requirements, I recommend car hire to overcome this.

The complex features multiple pools, a sauna, and a gym (amenities for a relaxing and active stay). There are shops, restaurants, and a pizzeria, which offer a range of dining and shopping options directly on site.

The staff are lovely and consistently greet you with a hello. Guest services can promptly arrange taxi services, which ensures convenient transportation to off-site destinations. The hotel also provides a porter service.

Fantastic Stay and Excellent Amenities

I appreciated the apartment's washing machine and dishwasher. Those appliances were very useful. Each bedroom having a TV was a BIG bonus. The staff was lovely. Everyone said hello, and I especially want to mention Imad, the lifeguard. He was EXCELLENT. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and very well-kept.
The on-site supermarket was a bit expensive, but there is another independent one not too far away.

Breakfast was very good with amazing service in the restaurant. There were several restaurants and bars on site, so there were plenty of choices. The safari restaurant had excellent food and live music.

The apartment was clean and newly decorated. I liked that. The kitchen facilities were great if you fancy cooking. We received a complimentary bottle of wine in the apartment. That was a nice touch.

friendly staff clean complex great pool weak internet improper sofa bed missing equipment
the staff was always friendly. the complex was clean. the pool areas seemed great.
the internet only worked outside the rooms. i think sofa beds should be proper. the apartment did lack some equipment.
