The hotel is close to a public parking at a reduced rate. It took only five minutes to walk to this parking lot from the hotel.

The signage around the hotel is really POOR! so it is hard to orient yourself.

The bed was comfortable. (a crucial element for a good stay!).

The room lacked a main light, particularly on cloudy days. I also noticed that housekeeping missed cleaning the room one day because I had accidentally pressed the "do not disturb" button. It seems others have made this mistake. A clearer system might be helpful.

the location it's very convenience. it was easy to access nearby facilities. breakfast offered many options. the restaurant provides a good start to your day. the room was spacious with modern furniture.

the room was dark. there was no main light, especially during the evenings. the street noise was loud after midnight. i could hear guests in the room next to me. i requested for more tea bags, but it never arrived.

the location was excellent. the room was spacious. the staff were attentive. evie at the front desk was very helpful. she made our lives easier when my wife felt unwell. i appreciated her assistance.

i found the lack of a lounge area slightly disappointing, as i wanted to relax and have a glass of wine. it's a very small thing though.

the hotel is near a big park. many beautiful spots and restaurants are within a short walk. accessing the city center from here is quite straightforward, a benefit for exploring the area. it's a great spot.

The location was very convenient. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. the breakfast selection was good with a large choice of items. the room was spotlessly clean, and i felt comfortable .

The room lacked a main light, and it felt dark, especially on cloudy days. the street noise after midnight was quite loud, even with ear plugs. i also found the signage to be poor. It was difficult to navigate to my room initially.
