helpful staff in-room kettle easy access

the staff was friendly and helpful. my room had a kettle, convenient. the lift access made moving luggage easy.

the room faced the street and traffic noise was noticeable with the windows open.

fantastic stay close to everything!

i loved how close i was to heuston station and a couple of pubs! those pubs had tasty food and live music which was awesome. the receptionist was super friendly, letting me drop off my bags early and leave them after check-out. my room was a good size, the bed was comfy, and i would totally stay in this area again, it's not too busy and super easy to get around to different attractions!

the bathroom felt a little small, and it was tricky to move around in there

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. I found it easy to access many sites. Staff allowed me to drop off my bags before check-in and after check-out, which helped a lot.

The carpet had some visible stains , and it looked worn. My room smelled quite dusty , I assume due to the carpet. The bed felt unstable , and it was somewhat wobbly during the night.
