excellent location
superb locationeasy check-inconvenient garagebuilding works
the hotel has a superb location very close to temple bar. i appreciated being able to walk everywhere. the check-in process was easy to understand. i found a parking garage very close to the hotel. it was super convenient.
i wasn't told that there were building works going on in the hotel. the builders started outside the hotel room just past 7am. they were talking loudly. this completely ruined my ability to get back to sleep

friendly staffthin walls
The staff was very friendly. They were available at all times and willing to help.
The builders started setting up outside my room just past 7am. They talked loudly and cleaned equipment throughout the morning. The walls were thin. My sleep was completely ruined.

The hotel sends messages with all the information a guest might need. Communication is excellent. All the staff are friendly. The location is in the heart of everything.
The room was small. I had no place to put bathroom items. It was very loud. I was fortunate I had earplugs
