Fabulous stay with amazing service!!!

I stayed for a short midweek break. Staff throughout the hotel and golf resort were friendly and warm, especially the reception staff. The food in the bar, during breakfast, and in the brasserie was GREAT. The room was warm and clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The toilet in the bathroom was a bit low for tall people.

The staff was helpful .
The room I got was far from satisfactory. I saw unknown stains on the carpet. I noticed hairs on the bathroom floor. It was just not clean enough for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The room was fantastic! i stayed in a double room disability access, and it was super clean. the breakfast was great too. There were lots of choices.
The room lacked a toilet brush. also, the restaurant was really loud. I could not eat comfortably.
