Really good Stay with Helpful Touches
electric blinds labeled switches complimentary minibar
I appreciated the electric blinds. They were very cool and helpful. The individually labeled light switches by the bed were a nice, helpful touch. The complimentary minibar included water, sparkling water, and a can of coke. I found this convenient.
The breakfast service experienced crowding that sometimes made it difficult to find seating.

central location helpful staff member comfortable bed amazing gym
the central location make it easy for sightseeing, and i enjoy the easy access to many local attractions. the hotel give a great service experience with a helpful staff. my room i find with a comfortable bed and a modern design. also, the gym include new equipment and provide amazing city views.
during busy breakfast hours, seating feel very tight and it's little inconvenience.

upon arrival, the room presented cleanliness issues. dust accumulated noticeably on surfaces. the malfunctioning elevator caused significant delays and inconvenience.

the location was good, close to designer shops.
i found the room hot and was told it was due to the time of year (september), so air conditioning was unavailable. this was not a comfortable situation.
