The reception staff i met on sunday was really wonderful and accommodated my early check-in request. I found it very kind. i also thought breakfast was delicious! the breakfast room staff were quite friendly and helpful. the hotel has a great location close to many attractions.

The room could benefit from some minor maintenance to address wear and tear. I noticed a few spots needing attention.

I found the location convenient as it was right across from the train station. i also appreciated that the hotel was just steps from the city center. the room was nicely decorated and very clean. I really liked the separate shower and bathtub it had.

one minor inconvenience was that the breakfast area seemed understaffed, which caused delays in refilling items.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. They quickly assisted us with moving to a bigger room when one was available. the check-in was fast. I really liked how i got my room right away, without any hassle.

the staff seemed nice, but the service fell short.. our room did not have housekeeping . we had no coffee replenishment or bins emptied. i tried to order room service, but no one answered either the room service number or reception. food options were limited too.

amazing stay!

excellent location spacious rooms friendly staff

i loved the location! it was super close to the train station. getting around was so easy. the rooms were spacious and the view was fantastic. i also appreciated the friendly staff! they were always ready to help.

the coffee and tea selection wasn't as extensive as i expected for a hotel of this level!

The hotel's location is really convenient, very close to the central train station. I could easily walk to the Grand Place from there. The room was clean, and it had all the basics. I found the breakfast had a good selection (especially the pastries).

My room faced the street, and it was quite noisy at night, hard. The shower pressure wasn't great. It was difficult to have a good shower. The service at the bar was slow. I waited a long time for my order.

the location was great. the room was clean and very spacious. staff were friendly. i recommend this hotel.

We arrived late and had to take a cab. it cost €15 for a 15-20-minute journey. A lesson was learned that day.
