poor housekeeping old furniture
the location was convenient and the price acceptable.
Housekeeping standards were not up to par. my bedsheets were not changed during my two-night stay. That was disappointing. also, the furniture seemed old. it produced loud noises whenever i opened the wardrobe.

spaciousness room high ceilings
i enjoyed the spaciousness of the prestige double room it felt luxurious the high ceilings were excellent i found the bed comfortable ensuring a restful sleep after a long day exploring. the attention to detail in the room's decor was wonderful everything felt classic and refined adding to the overall experience
the coffee provided in the room was in paper cups which felt a little out of place given the hotel's overall elegance

mixed feelings about this hotel

difficult parking unhelpful staff
My stay wasn't entirely smooth. the staff attitude at reception could improve. They seemed unhelpful, and requests met resistance. specifically, asking for a bottle opener resulted in a strange refusal. They wanted me to bring the bottle to them. also, parking was difficult because it didn't accommodate larger cars and using the lift was time consuming.

charming stay

enormous room complimentary bathrobe
the room was enormous, even larger than it seemed in the photos! bathrobes and slippers were complimentary, a nice touch. the bed felt luxurious, i slept soundly each night.
The hotel lacked a spa, which i missed after a long day. A spa would significantly enhance the experience

The staff offered fresh towels every morning. They were polite and quick to respond to requests! i needed directions, and they gave accurate instructions for reaching my destinations. Their assistance helped me greatly.

The room included air conditioning, a big flat screen television, and a minibar! slippers and bathrobes were also provided. The bathroom was massive, and the wc looked new. There was also a separate shower away from the bath tub.

the breakfast buffet was great and provided a good start to the day with many options available. the hotel bar was also very nice. the hotel's former cinema is now used for private events.
