the receptionist moved my family to a bigger room upon arrival to accommodate everyone comfortably. the room had all the facilities in working order and it was spacious and clean. the receptionist was helpful with local dining and activity recommendations. everyone on staff was friendly and smiling.

i really enjoyed my stay the beds were indeed large and comfortable i slept well i appreciated the friendly staff who always offered assistance the buffet breakfast was excellent providing many options to start the day i also liked the unique decor found throughout the hotel it added a creative touch to my visit
the hotel did charge me twice for my stay i contacted them multiple times via phone and email i am still awaiting a refund it has been quite disappointing i hope this gets resolved soon

I found the room spacious. it provided a great view of the city. the room included everything i needed for my stay. i found the restaurant and bar nice. It had good food and prices. the location is near the botanical garden.
the room decor felt very intense. it smelled slightly musty. the room proved loud sometimes. the shower head connection seemed broken.
