broken door lock lacking value
the room was not comfortable several small items were not working our door lock broke multiple times hooks for hanging towels were hanging by a thread i found this disappointing the breakfast options lacked value too there were multiple out of order coffee machines each morning

clean room comfortable bed nespresso machine children park
the room was spacious and clean with sufficient facilities. the bed was comfortable. i found a nespresso machine with tea. the view from the windows was great with a nearby children's park.
the shower head had a slight leak, a minor inconvenience.

artistic retreat with excellent service
large bed friendly staff buffet breakfast
i really enjoyed my stay the beds were indeed large and comfortable i slept well i appreciated the friendly staff who always offered assistance the buffet breakfast was excellent providing many options to start the day i also liked the unique decor found throughout the hotel it added a creative touch to my visit
the hotel did charge me twice for my stay i contacted them multiple times via phone and email i am still awaiting a refund it has been quite disappointing i hope this gets resolved soon

solid hotel near botanical garden
spacious room city view good food convenient location
I found the room spacious. it provided a great view of the city. the room included everything i needed for my stay. i found the restaurant and bar nice. It had good food and prices. the location is near the botanical garden.
the room decor felt very intense. it smelled slightly musty. the room proved loud sometimes. the shower head connection seemed broken.

the hotel stands just outside the busy tourist area, a detail i appreciated. it is within walking distance from the brussels nord train station. several grocery stores and pharmacies are also within walking distance.
