wonderful stay in brussels!
spacious room dining area helpful staff fresh breakfast
my room was quite spacious and included a dining area plus a kitchen corner. i appreciated the separate bedroom and the huge bathroom. the breakfast was fresh and offered many healthy options (i especially liked the fresh orange juice!). the staff was very helpful throughout the hotel, and i found check-in and check-out to be quick and easy.
i noticed that the windows seemed a little dirty on the inside.

the room featured a comfortable bed and had ample power outlets. ironing facilities were available directly in the room, including both an iron and an ironing board. new and quality furniture furnished the room.

the breakfast area featured a colorful location and served a fine breakfast. the breakfast included a diverse selection of options, catering to various tastes. coffee and tea were available in the room for convenient morning enjoyment.

i found a pool table and shuffleboard available in the fun bar area. the sauna was not busy and maintained a lovely temperature of around 75 degrees celsius. the gym is accessible, but it would benefit from some updates and additional equipment.

great location smooth process bathroom door missing amenities
The location was great. A supermarket was right next door. i was also pleased with the smooth check-in and check-out process, it was quick.
The bathroom door didn't close properly. That was awkward. there were no amenities such as toothbrushes available, which i found inconvenient.

The hotel is next to a metro station. The city center is within walking distance. I enjoyed the sports bar and shuffleboard. The hotel provided umbrellas for rent, helpful.
The gym is quite small and has limited equipment.

convenient city stay
convenient location buffet breakfast accurate room
I found the location quite convenient. it was about a 15-minute walk to grand place. the buffet breakfast offered various choices. the room looked just like the pictures. It was a standard double room.
The room did feel quite hot. The thermostat seemed ineffective. i had the window open all the time. this led to some disturbances from street noise during the night, even on a higher floor.

nordic style quiet room free water overall experience
the breakfast was excellent with excellent quality. i found a quiet room, so i slept very well. they gave me free water every day.
The bathroom door didn't shut properly, it had no mechanism to keep it closed. i didn't tell the reception.

The breakfast was great! It had a very nice selection. The location was really convenient to the metro station. The staff were amazing too. They were so helpful and friendly.
The room i stayed in was noisy. I could hear people talking and scraping noises.

metro line clean room professional staff
the metro line adjacent proved a plus. i walked directly from the front door into the city centre within moments. the rooms included large bed and were kept quite clean. i appreciated the professional reception staff and their effective service upon check-in.
i observed the gym equipment was limited. i found the room temperature hard to regulate even with the air conditioning. it took some effort to reach acceptable temperature.
