charming stay!

wonderful location short walk helpful staff great advice

The location proved wonderful. Grand place was a short walk. avenue louise was also nearby. i found josé and hicham on staff very helpful. they gave great advice and quickly answered my requests. the breakfast had many choices.

our double room offered good space and daily cleaning. the bathroom included fresh towels and toiletries, daily. while the décor was simple, i found the room quite functional. darkening curtains blocked light well.

Acceptable Location but Room Issues

The location is very good because it is close to metro station

The room smelled a bit musty because the window was not opened I had to open it The problem was significantly reduced after opening the window

The location proved quite advantageous with a metro station right outside. I found the staff helpful. The TV had many channels. Breakfast presented a nice selection of both continental and hot food items.

The lift was quite small. It barely fit three people.

room odor worn bedding

the location suited my needs. the staff were helpful enough.

my room had a distinct odor. i opened the window, but it made no difference. the bedding needs replacement it was not good at all. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this class.
