The location was convenient for getting around town. I found a trolley stop just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were attentive and provided useful information, REALLY making my stay easier. The hotel was well maintained.

The room cleaning service missed a detail in our bedroom. There was a paper inside one of the glasses. The hotel was not able to provide a king-size bedroom even though I booked well in advance. The absence of the requested bed was disappointing.
