i found the staff very friendly. the breakfast included cooked options, and i thought it was good. the hotel was convenient to the cruise terminal, a plus.
the cleaner entered my room while i was sleeping, it woke me up. she then proceeded to hoover and bang the hoover against my door repeatedly. it was not a great wake up call. i found this unfriendly.

the on-site restaurant bella italia was convenient i found the food tasty. the staff were helpful and accommodating i felt they responded quickly.
the bedroom was small the breakfast did not meet my expectations. i noticed cooked breakfast dishes were not replenished i saw guests waiting.
