quick service fresh options
the breakfast selection was extensive with fresh options i ate a full english breakfast. the staff provided quick service and directions were clear to nearby attractions
the lift made a slightly loud noise at night but it was only noticeable because it was quiet

watery scrambled eggs bitter coffee
The breakfast was a big letdown. Everything tasted bland and processed. i especially disliked the watery scrambled eggs. They lacked any flavour. also, the coffee tasted burnt and bitter. I couldn't even finish a cup. i expected more from a hotel with this rating, especially concerning such a basic offering.

cramped room small bathroom
the room felt cramped with the extra bed. moving around was difficult (i almost tripped). it was clear the space was primarily for sleeping. the small bathroom added to the discomfort.
