Really good Experience!

warm welcome friendly team amazing view relaxed atmosphere

The welcome was warm. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the harbour and sea view from the Valentine room. I enjoyed the local cod, cocktails, and the relaxed atmosphere during the Saturday night.

I found no shelves for storage in the bathroom.

The hotel offers a VERY convenient location. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and the harbour arm. Art installations are dotted along the way to Sandgate.

The room had lovely window shutters. Generous towel service was available. Two pillows and a dressing gown were also provided. Brambley products were a nice touch.

bathroom shelf early morning noise

i was a bit frustrated with the room setup it lacked practical storage the bathroom had no shelves at all this made it difficult to manage toiletries the room itself felt cramped even for a short stay furthermore the early morning noise from deliveries was quite disruptive impacting my sleep quality

The breakfast included local ingredients. The coffee tasted great. The room had shutters, offering flexible light control. The hotel provided Brambley products. The hand soap and shower items smelled fresh.

The building lacked soundproofing. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

compact room harbour view wonderful staff

the room was compact. it had amenities you need for short stays. breakfast was served in the restaurant overlooking the harbour. the staff seemed wonderful.

the building can be loud. you hear neighbours talking. heavy doors echo a lot through the building when closing.

the room had brick walls i really liked. the bed was comfy, and the shower was great. i enjoyed the harbor view from the valentine room. the restaurant had open glass doors and a relaxed vibe.

the check-in was only between 3pm and 7pm. breakfast was only between 9:30am and 10:30am.

limited storage lacking service

The room seemed like an afterthought. breakfast felt rushed with the limited time. there was also a lack of storage. Only four coat hangers served as a wardrobe. i had nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom and the milk went bad without a fridge. the overall service disappointed me
