Really good Experience!

The welcome was warm. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the harbour and sea view from the Valentine room. I enjoyed the local cod, cocktails, and the relaxed atmosphere during the Saturday night.
I found no shelves for storage in the bathroom.

The hotel offers a VERY convenient location. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and the harbour arm. Art installations are dotted along the way to Sandgate.

i was a bit frustrated with the room setup it lacked practical storage the bathroom had no shelves at all this made it difficult to manage toiletries the room itself felt cramped even for a short stay furthermore the early morning noise from deliveries was quite disruptive impacting my sleep quality

The building lacked soundproofing. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

the building can be loud. you hear neighbours talking. heavy doors echo a lot through the building when closing.

The room seemed like an afterthought. breakfast felt rushed with the limited time. there was also a lack of storage. Only four coat hangers served as a wardrobe. i had nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom and the milk went bad without a fridge. the overall service disappointed me
