Marygreen Manor offers 44 en-suite rooms, each with individual design. Guests can select from 30 courtyard garden rooms facing a secluded garden, or original Tudor bedrooms with four-poster or antique carved beds. Brampton Lodge includes 7 bedrooms and 3 suites in a Country House style. Rooms include free WiFi, LCD TVs, free mineral water, complimentary fresh fruit, and 24-hour room service. Junior suites feature a separate living room and whirlpool baths. All rooms provide tea/coffee facilities and offer garden view. Executive Rooms include bathrobes and slippers, and enhanced toiletries. Some rooms have skylight windows only.

Marygreen Manor features the 2 AA Rosette Tudors Restaurant in the Baronial Hall, serving food. The restaurant includes a bar and offers à la carte and fixed price menus, along with a wine list. Light meals can be found at the Oak Lounge and Bar. Afternoon tea and Sunday roast options are available. Guests can choose A la Carte Menu, Chefs Tasting Menu or our Menu du Jour.
