I enjoyed the complimentary bottle of fizz in the fridge, along with water and chocolates. The room included tea and coffee facilities, an iron, a hair dryer, and straighteners. I appreciated that they did not rush me out in the morning when I was running late.. the staff resolved an initial hot water issue quickly and offered complimentary cocktails.
The room seemed smaller than it was in the photos.

The food tasted delicious. Staff were attentive. I received a replacement drink at no charge after spilling mine.. The location was perfect for attending a nearby party. I appreciated the provided fizz and chocolate strawberries upon arrival.
The deposit refund took longer than initially communicated.

faulty tvstale cheesecake
The room, while trying to be fancy, had some issues. the tv wouldn't cooperate, channel changing was a nightmare, and the internet kept buffering. the spa bath wasn't exactly pristine either, i noticed some dead skin. it took ages to fill and the buttons were temperamental. dinner didn't impress. The steak was fatty and the cheesecake tasted stale. i guess they're better at taking your money than providing a smooth experience.

The room was small, I must admit. The breakfast starting so late felt rather inconvenient. 9:30 Is late for someone needing an early start. The shower produced a pathetic trickle. One had to plan carefully where to use those meager drops. I found the room quite noisy too.

the bed was comfy so i slept very well. the lady showing us our room was really nice and showed us how to use the spa tub.
the room seemed a little bit dusty to me. it also looked a bit dated and could use some tlc. fixings for the curtain tie were falling out of the wall and there was broken plaster coming out.

The room was dusty. The decor felt a bit outdated, really. I noticed curtain tie-back fixings were loose, actually pulling plaster from the wall. The breakfast experience was awkward. Other guests complained. Limited TV channels and unreliable WiFi were issues.
