okay stay, some issues though

slow bar service no free water

the room was very clean upon arrival, which i appreciated.

The bar service was slow. It took ages to get a drink. also, i found it a bit cheap that they don't offer complimentary water in the rooms. for the price i paid, i expect a bit more than just two glasses in the fridge!!!

i loved the hotel's proximity to the sse arena it made attending the show convenient my room offered a beautiful view overlooking the arena the modern amenities and spacious layout added to the experience i found ample parking available across the road which was very convenient.

i did notice some noise from other guests late at night it was minor but did slightly disrupt my sleep.

convenient location comfortable room nice view excellent bar

the location was very convenient for the sse arena, a quick walk. the room was comfortable, and i had a nice view. i enjoyed pre-dinner drinks on the terrace overlooking the river. the bar area was also excellent.

the regular tv did not have netflix access.

the room was a superior king room. checking in was so easy! the staff were very helpful with directions. the bed was huge.

i noticed fingerprint marks on the glasses located in the fridge. i thought that was a bit off-putting.

the location is very central! it allowed for an easy walk to the titanic experience and the city center. parking was really close, just a couple of minutes walk. the rate was also reduced!

The room had a good size. Service at reception was good TOO. The room provided a nice and neat temperature.

I did stay recently at this hotel and the experience was not what i expect. I booked a twin room but i receive a room with one bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not usable it was uncomfortable.
