the location was very convenient for the sse arena, a quick walk. the room was comfortable, and i had a nice view. i enjoyed pre-dinner drinks on the terrace overlooking the river. the bar area was also excellent.

the regular tv did not have netflix access.

the room was a superior king room. checking in was so easy! the staff were very helpful with directions. the bed was huge.

i noticed fingerprint marks on the glasses located in the fridge. i thought that was a bit off-putting.

the service was slow. it took about 25 minutes to get my drink order at the bar one evening. also, i was surprised there was no complimentary water in the room. after paying the room rate, i expected at least that.

The room had a good size. Service at reception was good TOO. The room provided a nice and neat temperature.

I did stay recently at this hotel and the experience was not what i expect. I booked a twin room but i receive a room with one bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not usable it was uncomfortable.
