friendly staff relaxed atmosphere top-class hospitality

i found the staff cute and friendly. it was lovely. the relaxed atmosphere and top-class hospitality were special, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. i did find the menu choice slightly limited, but there are plenty of nearby eating establishments to compensate.

the hotel enjoys a convenient setting with frequent bus services to and from the city center. these buses stop close to the hotel, providing easy access to key destinations. this arrangement offers a cheaper alternative to taxis. it's great

the room was spacious and modern. it featured a large double bed and ample couch space, great. the bathroom was also spacious with very good layout. it was good. i was very satisfied.

mixed feelings about my stay

dreary atmosphere unpleasant smell

i found a couple of issues . the advertised restaurant was closed upon arrival and no prior notification was given. my allocated room was not the standard i expected. the furniture looked old and the atmosphere felt dreary. there was also an unpleasant smell lingering in the corridors each morning

comfortable room accommodating staff poor soundproofing slow service

the hop on hop off bus picks you up right out front. rooms are spacious and very comfortable. staff were very accommodating!!!

i wasn't told that i was in a separate building that wasn't part of the main hotel. when people opened their doors it was noisy. it was poorly soundproofed. the bar tables were slow to be cleared.
