The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. It had an iron, ironing board, tea and coffee, biscuits, shower gel and shampoo. The beds were comfortable. The location was also very good.

I requested a quiet room, but I was given a room next to noisy machinery. It was outside near the window. The sound resembled an airline jet. The room was not clean. I noticed dried vomit on the bathroom door. The bathroom is dated. It needs modernisation.

The breakfast was very good (especially the selection of pastries). The hotel has a great location near the city walls. The room was quiet. I was lucky to get a car space at the hotel parking area.

The hotel boasts 4 stars but the twin room had tiny single beds. I felt there was very little space between the beds. No air con was available, but a fan was provided. The windows do not open fully.

the room was spacious, it had adequate space for luggage storage. the location was great, it was close to the city walls. the breakfast staff was helpful, they were always happy to assist.

the car park was full upon arrival. the room view overlooked scaffolding and litter. there was only one usb port available on one side of the bed.
