the bar staff seemed very friendly and efficient! i found my superior twin room very comfortable. the location is nice, especially if someone enjoys a walk. complimentary tea and coffee in the room were definitely a great plus.
checking in took longer than expected! i wasn't given comprehensive information about all the facilities during the check-in. this.

the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. the bed was comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered many options including fresh fruits, pastries, and breads.
there was no television reception in the rooms for 3 days. the receptionist mentioned a mast issue. the shower put out little to no water.
