The hotel was fine but a couple of things were annoying. the restaurant seemed understaffed. Getting anyone's attention took a long time. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I heard noise from the hallway late into the night. it disrupted my sleep a bit.

the hot food at breakfast was not hot enough (it was barely lukewarm!), which i found pretty disappointing. also, our room's tv remote was missing. i had to call reception twice to get it sorted. this meant i wasted time waiting instead of relaxing (i was really annoyed by that delay).

the swimming pool was a nice feature. Food quality was good and the price was reasonable. Breakfast offered a varied selection of items.

the staff was not always customer friendly. Noise from entertainment at night was noticeable. Thankfully it stopped after 11.15pm. the toilet bowl in room 104 was not physically secured to the floor.. i reported this at checkout.
