mixed experience, some issues noted

cold roombroken heater
the room felt quite cold (i was expecting a warmer welcome). when i mentioned it at reception, they suggested using the electric heater. however, there wasn't any electric heater in the room. it's a central heating system. i requested a heater, but the one i received was broken and unsteady. i almost hurt myself trying to move it near my bed.

the staff was helpful throughout my stay (i really appreciate that).
The bedroom carpet made it difficult to move around on. also, the table and chairs blocked access to the window and curtains. the wardrobe was accessible with a low railing. It was not very convenient. the accessible parking bays lacked access aisles, so transferring in and out of a car was challenging.
