decent stay, some service issues

good view paddle board steam room room number water delivery meal order

the room offered a good view of the river. free paddle boards were available for use. the steam room in the spa was a good addition.

the receptionists forgot our room number during the hotel tour. it took over an hour to get extra water brought to the room. i noticed waiters often did not write down meal orders, leading to mistakes.

the suite panoramic had unbelievable views.. i wanted to live there forever. this suite offers the very best sightlines from the entire building. the staff are super attentive, warm, and knowledgeable. the concierge arranged everything in advance, so we could relax.

I noticed families with children were allowed everywhere. A quiet area for those without children would be nice.

dining at the raiva restaurant is a unique experience with superb dishes. the hotel can easily accommodate plant-based diets with tasty food options. biodynamic wines are also available and delicious at this fine restaurant.
