The hotel location was central. i had easy access to local attractions. the buffet breakfast offered a good variety, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. the hotel provided a welcome drink of port and cakes. It was a thoughtful touch.

The room lacked a phone. I had to go to reception for requests.

the breakfast had a very good selection. the choices were very good. staff secured my luggage because i arrived early. this allowed me to start my vacation.

my air conditioning was preset to ice cold. the pillows were lumpy. the bed was very uncomfortable. hot water stopped working one day and i had a cold shower.

My room included a rainfall shower. I enjoyed the in-room coffee it was really delicious. The hotel location is great it is in the historic section.

Amazing stay!

complimentary port great buffet convenient location friendly staff

I received a complimentary glass of port and a pastel de nata upon arrival, such a nice touch! The breakfast buffet offered a superb choice with something for every taste. it was served until 12:30. The location is fantastic as many of the main bus routes are nearby for exploring. ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

The bathroom door did not offer much privacy.

The hotel sits close to the river and many restaurants! The waterfront is nearby providing many activities. Most attractions and places of interest are walkable. Taxis, buses, trams, and the metro are all easily accessible.

The location was excellent, near the river.. i also appreciated the hotel staff. They were quite helpful and pleasant. the hotel arranged a transfer to the airport at 06:30, costing only slightly more than a regular taxi. i found this service convenient and efficient.

the bathroom door was a sliding one, not providing much privacy, a minor inconvenience. also, the pillows were too soft for my preference, but this did not significantly detract from my overall stay.
